- Il faudrait relancer les jap
- Mettre des peines au lieu d'écus d'un travail d'interet public (mines) cela est déjà prévu mais ce n'est pas mis en place

débat avait été lancé au précédent conseil (par Gnaaz il me semble)
mais n'avait pas abouti. Cependant je trouve qu'on doit privilégier ce
type de peines.
Mélodie, quand la situation s'y prête, peux-tu essayer de
généraliser les travaux d'intérêt général comme on le fait avec les
amendes,... ?

Oui Afta c'est au juge de proposer ce genre de peine, mais en tant que
Procureur je peux aussi la prévoir dans l'acte d'accusation.

surtout changer le système ouai ! Les JAPs c'est has been ... et leur
organisation est encore plus pourrie qu'à l'ost (spéciale dédicasse
afta wesh gros !  )
Moi je propose de rattacher les JAP a la prévoté
D'une c'est vachement plus RP et de 2 au moins ca leur donne une
constance et ca permet de tjr avoir un truc organiser avec des gens
pour surveiller et veiller à ce que ca fonctionne.</td>

pense en effet que c'est au tribunal que les JAP doivent rester
attacher ... d'ailleurs leurs bureaux se situent dans cette partite du
Castel depuis toujours.
Il y a une responsable des JAP qui fait son boulot. Quand à recruter...
oui en effet c'est nécessaire de le faire ... mais tout d'abord il faut
que le duché retrouve un équilibre pour que les gens aient envie de se
ré-engager dans le boulot. Surtout pour un boulot comme celui-là qui
n'est pas un boulot facile et qui demande que l'autorité du conseil et
du tribunal ne soient pas mis à mal.</td>
