The Kingdom of Serbia accepts the Duchy of Lorraine as a sovereign and independent duchy.
The Duchy of Lorraine admits the Kingdom of Serbia as a sovereign and independent country.
Article II
Serbian Embassy in the Duchy of Lorraine is considered to be the territory of the United Serbian.
The Embassy of the United Serbian Lorraine is considered to be the territory of the Duchy of Lorraine.
Article III
Kingdom Serb’s Ambassador has diplomatic immunity in the territory controlled by the Duchy of Lorraine.
The Ambassador of the Duchy of Lorraine has diplomatic immunity on the territory controlled by the Kingdom of Serbia.
Holders of diplomatic immunity thanks to the function are: The Chancellor and the ambassadors of the United Serbian in the Duchy of Lorraine.

Article IV
The Kingdom of Serbia may declare the Ambassador of the Duchy of Lorraine "persona non grata" and remove their diplomatic immunity in cases of gross misconduct.

Article V
Diplomatic immunity is removed if the Ambassador commits these crimes: theft, assault on a city, the attack on the castle in the capital and if he does not respect the laws of the jurisdiction where he is.
